Introducing the Separator Compactor Scum/FOG Separator.

The SepCom Scum/FOG Separator/Dewaterer is a uniquely designed low maintenance mechanical dewaterer for Scum and FOG that removes troublesome material from your plant. 

The SepCom can receive pumped Scum Skimmer flow from aerobic flotation and sedimentation tanks.  In preliminary tests SepCom has achieved up to 90% scum/FOG solids capture rate and cake production up to 65% ds.

The SepCom utilizes several patent pending features to efficiently dewater and compact scum, including the “Double Iris PE Diaphragm”. 

Scum, Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) problems at wastewater treatment plants increase operating costs.  FOG is difficult to capture and dispose of.  Grease mats on the surface of settling tanks, digesters, and other treatment structures at the wastewater treatment plant can cause treatment plant upsets, equipment failure, environmental damage, odor, vermin, and human health hazards.
